We toured for 2 weeks in Camp Balad, Camp Carver, Camp Taji, and Camp Ali Al Salam in Kuwait. The first thing Jeff Thornton from Lonewolf Agency who booked the show said was this is a life changing experience you are about to go on and you will be wearing a Kevlar vest (bullet proof vest) weighing 40 lbs and a helmet the whole time on the tour, needless to say that freaked me out just a little bit. But It was an amazing life changing trip and one that really opened my eyes up even more to the fact that the men and women serving are real hero's and making a real difference in the world! The troops showed us a great time from letting us ride in tanks to shooting machine guns staying in Saddam's palace which was kinda strange and feeding us like kings they were so humble and appreciative.. The troops said we made them forget how difficult it can be to be so far from home and their loved ones, we were happy to do it and I am planning to do another tour asap...

Had a great time playing in NYC, thanks to Matt Ayers.. We shared the stage with Drew Kennedy you can find him and his music at www.drewkennedymusic.com
It snowed all day Tuesday which was kinda cool but at the same time hard to get around in. I had the chance to see the Broadway show Rock Of Ages which I thought I wouldn't like because it's an 80's rock themed show but it was so much fun!!
I am back in TX and playing at the BBQ cookoff this Fri. so make sure to check out the dates sign up on the e-mail list and I will hopefully see ya at a show soon...
